Testimonials

From Deborah

Thank you for taking such gentle care of my little family. As my cats enter their senior years, I find myself worrying so much more about their health. Whenever I come to you, I am treated like a friend – and Bess, Winston, Sweet Pea and Jasmine are all treated with focused tenderness. All your veterinarians are so knowledgeable and compassionate! They take time to make sure I understand what’s happening and answer all my questions. (and there are usually a Lot!)

Service at your clinic has been so exemplary that I have included a link to the White Rock Veterinary Clinic on my website. I want all my animal loving customers to have the very best care for their four legged friends!

Big Hugs all round – and again, Thank You! You are my Peace of Mind when I need it most!

From Shannon and Peter

We have been taking our dogs and cats to the White Rock Animal Hospital for approximately 20 years. The level of care all of our pets have received during these years is truly exceptional.  The staff at the front counter,  the Vet Assistants and  all of the Vets (and we have seen all of them!) have given our pets first class care with a combination of excellent knowledge, compassion and genuine concern for their well-being.  The follow-up care is just as exceptional with post-surgery phone calls to see how our pets are doing.  Even when we have been out of town and had a pet illness occur the White Rock Animal Hospital has been there to help us.  We  completely  trust that our pets are getting the very best possible care at the White Rock Animal Hospital.

Thank you so much to everyone there for allowing us to have peace of mind knowing that our pets are in your care.

From Anita and Phil

After trying other veterinary services, we have found the professional care being delivered by all the doctors at White Rock Veterinary Hospital to be everything we hope for when our Sheltie, Gemma, needs care.  The staff and technicians always go to extra lengths to make us feel welcome and to provide warm, attentive service each visit.  We are very happy to call White Rock Veterinary Hospital our dog’s caregiver of choice.

Letter from Bo

Hi.  My name is Mr. Bojangles.  Everyone calls me Bo.  I’m a really clever Shetland Sheepdog, but my computer skills need work so I’ve asked my owners Rod & Eva Gunn to tell you how much I like White Rock Veterinary Hospital.

I have been here many times.  I’m three years old now so I only come for an annual checkup, something called a shot that doesn’t hurt and to have my weight checked every few months.  I’m on a special diet that the doctor recommended so that I won’t gain too much weight and I even get my special treats at the clinic.  They’re healthy and taste real good.  When I was a puppy I was here for some kind of surgery so that I wouldn’t make more puppies.  The doctors and their assistants were very kind to me and so I’m never nervous when I come back.  The ladies at the front desk know me and are always very welcoming whenever I stop by.  My owners have what they call a grand-puppy that belongs to their grandchildren.  He is a very playful Cocker Spaniel named Morrey.  I told him about the White Rock Veterinary Hospital and now he comes here too.  We both think it’s great.

From Penny

Just to let you know how much I appreciate the care and attention my pets receive from all of you. After visits I really like the follow up from your staff, to make sure everything is okay.

Charlie’s Buddies

For more than 25 years my family has been taking their pets to White Rock Veterinary Hospital, starting with my parents and my sister.  When my son & I first got dogs, White Rock Veterinary Hospital was a natural choice.  We have always been treated in a very friendly, caring, competent, & timely manner.

Dr. Wood was just starting his practice when my son’s dog came down with what would prove to be a fatal paralysis.  To this day, he not only remembers her breed and color but her name.  He often asks about my son and his present dog when I take in one of my own pets.

Even after a very harrowing experience with some greenhouse glass, my current little dog, Charlie, likes to go the Vets office to visit with all his buddies.

Sincerely,

Anne Wiese
